You have arrived at Rosaleah, a space that accompanies others to return to their heart, to themselves, to let go of masks, integrate the shadow, release fears and emotions that block them from living from integrity and manifesting the best version of themselves. Aleah appeared to me in a dream, it means someone returning home.This is my personal and collective mission. My name “Rosa” merged Aleah because I wanted to return to my heart. Deep down we all need to return to our heart, be in peace and have clarity. This is what would helps us profoundly in our day to day life.
Life and its challenges constantly test us. We live in a hyper-accelerated and demanding world where finding space for ourselves has become a luxury. We do not realize that stress has become part of our lives and our bodies.
It is essential, if you want to have quality of life, to find spaces where you can take care of yourself, feel, connect and relax.
Whatever stage of your life you are in: I offer you my individual sessions, my workshops and my events to have a space to connect with you and your needs. It can be face-to-face or online.
At the Rosaleah you will find a place to review what is not working in your life with the intention of taking the necessary steps to change it. A place where you can take care of yourself, enjoy yourself and learn new ways of relating to yourself and the world. A place to gain confidence and connect with your inner wisdom. In short, I offer you a place to learn to Be rather than to do.
