SUMMARY:ANAM CARA soul encounters 2024-2025
DESCRIPTION:In Celtic tradition\, the anam cara was the friend of the soul\, someone to whom you could reveal all the intimacies of your life. The awakening of creativity and the understanding that the presence of the divine is hidden in our desires. \nANAM CARA meetings offer you a group place where you can connect on a deep level\, transform yourself\, feel supported\, enjoy the process of discovering yourself\, letting go\, integrating\, creating and transforming. \nWhat will these monthly meetings be like? \nThey will last 2 hours one Friday a month from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. \nFirst with conscious movement\, group energy healing and to end the first hour a guided meditation ( Quantic geometry or something relevant for the event). The second part of the meeting will be a sound bath\, ending with a sharing to close the meeting. \nI will record both the meditation and the sound bath so that you can use them until the next meeting. \nPast dates September 20\, October 18\,November 15 \nDecember 13 \nPre full moon \nAs you can see\, they will be special dates to carry out an energetic experience of liberation\, integration and transformation. \nThe meetings will take place at the Sincronia center\, calle de Pere Serafí\, 7 Gracia Barcelona. \nFor those of you who do not live in Barcelona or surrounding areas\, I will create other dates and we will do it online via zoom. \nThe meditation and the work we do will be recorded via zoom and the sound bath will be the recording of the meeting in Barcelona. \nThe contribution per meeting in Barcelona is 35 euros and with it you receive all the work during the two hours\, a sound bath and the recordings of the meditation and the concert. \nAll the best

DESCRIPTION:WORKSHOP/TRAINING THE INNER COMPASS \nFacilitated by Rosa Puerto Pey-Aleah \nThese encounters invite you to create a set of inner images/landscapes\, where you will create your own set of images that can be your personal oracle\, (22 images) a very useful guide in these times\, channeled and painted by you. \nI prepare you for the work/play both on an creative level (since I am a painter and art therapist) and as the creator of two oracle books\, “Star Seeds: A compass for the path back to your essence” with 50 images\, which I have been working with my students and patients since 1997\, and the second book with 39 cards called “Universal Mother”. \nYes\, 22 years using images that come from the depths of my soul\, because sometimes an image says more than a thousand words. \nI call this work The Inner Compass for several reasons: \nIn these uncertain times\, the most necessary thing is to activate your inner compass that will assist you in making decisions\, reflecting in moments of change or crisis\, helping you do trust and develop confidence in your innate wisdom that has always been there. \nHow many times have we heard\, the expression lost its way\, lost her direction …well not only will you create this personal oracle but you will also go through an inner journey in which you will find valuable tools and information for your personal journey. \nThe information for this journey will come direct from your heart and your deep intuition. For this I have designed meditations and energetic and psychotherapeutic work to be the one that helps you give birth to this project from the depths of yourself\, learning with every step you take. \nMaybe until now you have always looked for information outside of yourself\, be it in other cards\, mediums\, psychics\, etc…remember that they only see a fractal of you. These qualities\, once awakened\, will widen the connection with your INNER LIGHT. \nAnd other qualities/experiences that are no less important on the path and that represent supportive attitudes: such as calm\, failure\, time\, self-sufficiency\, reverence\, generosity\, and grace. And these would not be there without the energies of unconditional love\, absolute truth\, celebration\, focus\, strength\, clarity\, sinlessness\, respect and pure creativity. \nEvery time a card is completed you will feel what qualities you have connected with on a deep level. \nHow? You choose the technique that resonates the most with you from the variety I will share with you. During this process\, creative meditation tools\, movement\, games\, voice\, creative writing\, music\, group and individual work will be used. \nWhat do you receive? \nThe 160 teaching hours\, all the teachings of various creative techniques\, psychotherapeutic/energetic support during the process\, 22 audio meditations (each one to connect with an archetype)\, you will have 22 original size paintings created by you\, 22 digitized letter/oracle size cards ready to print\, all the group and individual dynamics that take place (there will be notes about it during the meetings)\, learning the contact drawing technique can open the doors to a creative world for life. \nThe meetings include: \n-Material provided by the center \na) The course teacher provides wood suitable for one of the techniques to make them useful during the course. Oils (yellow-red-blue-black base colors)\, various types of paper and crayons\, colored pencils. ) \nb) There will also be 50 types of percussion available to students. \nc) There will be available boxes of ten-color watercolors for each student and paper\, crayons and colored pencils. \nd) Brushes \ne) Glue\, cellophane\, scissors\, white paper\, tissue paper \nWhat you bring with you \n*Clothes to be able to paint and rags to clean hands or dry brushes \n*Materials that you can carry individually: magazines that you have at home with colored images (anything\, anything you want)\, postcards from travel or other styles\, diaries\, fabric scraps\, buttons\, threads\, twine\, colored ribbons\, pens\, train tickets\, theater\, photos\, not anything you want to use\, wool\, dry leaves\, dried flowers\, colored papers (packaging paper that you have at home – recycle – aluminum\, etc.) \nPrice of each meeting €111 includes materials \n*(except for the large wood pieces\, which I charge because later you will each take it with you to continue using it and whoever wants can buy the rollers from me\, as I order them from the USA especially for this job) \n\nThis process could be done also via zoom\, in that case. I will have to tell you what to get ( materials) and the group will work a bit differently\, but I have had beautiful surprises when working on line so I am open to that.

During this process\, creative meditation tools\, movement\, games\, voice\, creative writing\, music\, group and individual work will be used. \nWhat do you receive?  \nThe 80 teaching hours\, all the teachings of various creative techniques\, psychotherapeutic/energetic support during the process\, 22 audio meditations (each one to connect with an archetype)\, 22 music recordings with the transmission you need to integrate each archetype\, handouts about activities we will experience to get in touch with each process\, by the end you will have 22 original size paintings created by you\, 22 digitized oracle size cards ready to print\, all the group and individual dynamics that take place (there will be notes about it during the meetings)\, learning the contact drawing technique can open the doors to a creative world for life. \nThe meetings on line via zoom include:  \nDon’t include materials but if you live in Spain or in Europe\, I can put together a pack for you to star the process. \nThat pack will include 2 wood suitable card boards for one of the techniques. Windsor & Newton Oil paints water mixable (yellow-red-blue-black base colors)\, 50 pages-white tissue paper and two special silicone rolls for printing. \nThis pack will have a cost of 59 euros + shipment. \nAt home you need color pencils\, or crayons\, or watercolors\, a couple of brushes\, glue\, scissors\, clothes to be able to paint and rags to clean hands or dry brushes\, magazines that you have at home with colored images (anything you want)\, postcards from travel or other styles\, old newspapers\, fabric scraps\, buttons\, threads\, twine\, colored ribbons\, pens\, train tickets\, theater tickets\, photos\, …. anything you want to use\, wool\, dry leaves\, dried flowers\, colored papers (packaging paper that you have at home – recycle – aluminum\, etc.) \nPrice of each meeting €88 \nYou are provably wondering… how will be these meetings on line? \n1- In the morning (9.00-10.30) \nThere will be a guided meditation to contact the archetype and some inner work with it which might include breathing work and movement. \n2- 10.45 to 12\,45 \nThen each participant will take their cardboard and materials to start \, we will paint during 2 hours with a small break for tea and discussions. During the first 45 minutes I will be singing and playing and you will be able to hear that via zoom ( I will record this for every process) \, during the second part I will deliver the music you can listen to (it will be previously recorded with that intention). \n3- 12\,45 to 14.00 \nSharing experiences and choosing one painting for the archetype. \nLUNCH break we meet again at 16.00 \nFrom 16 to 20.30 we will do the second archetype in the same way. \nI will create a group on telegram to share experiences so that you feel contained during this process. \nIf somebody would like a session\, I offer a 30 mint session at half price for the participants of this inner journey ( 40 euros) this is an extra fee. \nI will be doing soon a zoom to answer doubts and questions around it\, on the 31 of January .

DESCRIPTION:This is a weekend workshop where you will learn how to use gongs and singing bowls for meditation or healing. You will learn different techniques that will facilitate your internal process on a vibrational level\, and deepen your meditations\, and in case you are a therapist you will be able to apply them as part of your treatments. \nYou will learn how to play them; different uses depending on the type of session; what sizes\, notes\, and function when you acquire them; cleaning and maintenance; types; suitable and optional mallets; treatments; sound massages; how to use these instruments for distance healing; sound baths for groups; how to use them to cleanse the aura or a room; how to use them to clean the aura or a room? in nature\, to empower and empower you; various activities to expand your relationship with the singing bowls. \nThe power of the therapeutic gong session lies in its holistic resonance. The sound vibrations affect all our bodies. \nThe Gong is a millenary instrument of transformation\, nowadays used in various areas of human life\, however\, the main use is in the field of sound therapy and meditation\, because of the profound effect it has on the body and mind. \nThe Gong is an inter-vibratory system. DESCRIPTION:These encounters invite you to create a set of inner images/landscapes\, where you will create your own set of images that can be your personal oracle\, (22 images) a very useful guide in these times\, channeled and painted by you. \nI prepare you for the work/play both on an creative level (since I am a painter and art therapist) and as the creator of two oracle books\, “Star Seeds: A compass for the path back to your essence” with 50 images\, which I have been working with my students and patients since 1997\, and the second book with 39 cards called “Universal Mother”.  \nYes\, 22 years using images that come from the depths of my soul\, because sometimes an image says more than a thousand words. \nI call this work The Inner Compass for several reasons: \nIn these uncertain times\, the most necessary thing is to activate your inner compass that will assist you in making decisions\, reflecting in moments of change or crisis\, helping you to trust and develop confidence in your innate wisdom that has always been there. And most important to embrace ALL THAT YOU ARE AS ONE. \nHow many times have we heard\, the expression lost its way\, lost her direction …well not only will you create your personal oracle but you will also go through an inner journey in which you will find valuable tools and information for your personal journey. \nThe information for this journey will come direct from your heart and your deep intuition. For this I have designed meditations\, music\, energetic and psychotherapeutic work to be the one that helps you give birth to this project from the depths of yourself\, learning with every step you take. \nMaybe until now you have always looked for information outside of yourself\, be it in other cards\, mediums\, psychics\, etc…remember that they only see a fractal of you. Windsor & Newton Oil paints water mixable (yellow-red-blue-black base colors)\, 50 pages-white tissue paper and two special silicone rolls for printing. \nThis pack will have a cost of 59 euros + shipment. \nAt home you need color pencils\, or crayons\, or watercolors\, a couple of brushes\, glue\, scissors\, clothes to be able to paint and rags to clean hands or dry brushes\, magazines that you have at home with colored images (anything you want)\, postcards from travel or other styles\, old newspapers\, fabric scraps\, buttons\, threads\, twine\, colored ribbons\, pens\, train tickets\, theater tickets\, photos\, …. anything you want to use\, wool\, dry leaves\, dried flowers\, colored papers (packaging paper that you have at home – recycle – aluminum\, etc.) \nPrice of each meeting €88 \n1- In the morning (9.00-10.30) \nThere will be a guided meditation to contact the archetype and some inner work with it which might include breathing work and movement. \n2- 10.45 to 12\,45 \nThen each participant will take their cardboard and materials to start \, we will paint during 2 hours with a small break for tea and discussions. During the first 45 minutes I will be singing and playing and you will be able to hear that via zoom ( I will record this for every process) \, during the second part I will deliver the music you can listen to (it will be previously recorded with that intention). \n3- 12\,45 to 14.00 \nSharing experiences and choosing one painting for the archetype. \nLUNCH break we meet again at 16.00 \nFrom 16 to 20.30 we will do the second archetype in the same way. \nI will create a group on telegram to share experiences so that you feel contained during this process. \nIf somebody would like a session\, I offer a 30 mint session at half price for the participants of this inner journey ( 40 euros) this is an extra fee. \nI will be doing soon a zoom to answer doubts and questions around it\, on the 31 of January .
