DESCRIPTION:In Celtic tradition\, the anam cara was the friend of the soul\, someone to whom you could reveal all the intimacies of your life. The awakening of creativity and the understanding that the presence of the divine is hidden in our desires. \nANAM CARA meetings offer you a group place where you can connect on a deep level\, transform yourself\, feel supported\, enjoy the process of discovering yourself\, letting go\, integrating\, creating and transforming. \nWhat will these monthly meetings be like? \nThey will last 2 hours one Friday a month from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. \nFirst with conscious movement\, group energy healing and to end the first hour a guided meditation ( Quantic geometry or something relevant for the event). The second part of the meeting will be a sound bath\, ending with a sharing to close the meeting. \nI will record both the meditation and the sound bath so that you can use them until the next meeting. \nPast dates September 20\, October 18\,November 15 \nDecember 13 \nPre full moon \nAs you can see\, they will be special dates to carry out an energetic experience of liberation\, integration and transformation. \nThe meetings will take place at the Sincronia center\, calle de Pere Serafí\, 7 Gracia Barcelona. \nFor those of you who do not live in Barcelona or surrounding areas\, I will create other dates and we will do it online via zoom. \nThe meditation and the work we do will be recorded via zoom and the sound bath will be the recording of the meeting in Barcelona. \nThe contribution per meeting in Barcelona is 35 euros and with it you receive all the work during the two hours\, a sound bath and the recordings of the meditation and the concert. \nAll the best

DESCRIPTION:The centre offers monthly healing concerts  in the province of Girona. \n“The sound of these instruments together with meditation techniques help to calm the mind\, relieve emotional disturbances\, and induce a psychophysical state of relaxation and liberation that strengthens our lives”. \nThe healing concerts or sound baths that Rosa offers during a session use a variety of instruments\, from 10 quartz bowls\, 4 alchemical bowls\, and a set of 25 Tibetan bowls tuned to the chakras and planetary frequencies. To this are added 5 gongs\, various percussions\, and Rosa’s deep and melodic voice singing whatever the group needs. \nThe session lasts an hour and a half and is divided into four phases: \nFirst there is a directed muscular relaxation to eliminate tensions and internalise the participants so that they can be more receptive. \nSecondly healing of the chakras. \nThirdly a concert. \nFourth a guided meditation working on a specific theme for the group using crystals and essences.\nAnd to conclude the meeting there is a group reading at the end with the cards “Stellar Seeds” that Rosa Puerto has created. \nThis sound Bath will take place in Palamos\, Gerona \nPlease Note: These concerts will only occur if there is a group of 6 coming to my centre\, or you wish to organise one where you are.

DESCRIPTION:  These encounters invite you to create a set of inner images/landscapes\, where you will create your own set of images that can be your personal oracle\, (22 images) a very useful guide in these times\, channeled and painted by you. \nI prepare you for the work/play both on an creative level (since I am a painter and art therapist) and as the creator of two oracle books\, “Star Seeds: A compass for the path back to your essence” with 50 images\, which I have been working with my students and patients since 1997\, and the second book with 39 cards called “Universal Mother”.  \nYes\, 22 years using images that come from the depths of my soul\, because sometimes an image says more than a thousand words. \nI call this work The Inner Compass for several reasons: \nIn these uncertain times\, the most necessary thing is to activate your inner compass that will assist you in making decisions\, reflecting in moments of change or crisis\, helping you to trust and develop confidence in your innate wisdom that has always been there. And most important to embrace ALL THAT YOU ARE AS ONE. \nHow many times have we heard\, the expression lost its way\, lost her direction …well not only will you create your personal oracle but you will also go through an inner journey in which you will find valuable tools and information for your personal journey. \nThe information for this journey will come direct from your heart and your deep intuition. For this I have designed meditations\, music\, energetic and psychotherapeutic work to be the one that helps you give birth to this project from the depths of yourself\, learning with every step you take. \nMaybe until now you have always looked for information outside of yourself\, be it in other cards\, mediums\, psychics\, etc…remember that they only see a fractal of you. I feel that currently our journey is inviting us to be more authentic\, total\, and to do so we need to honor our gifts\, wisdom and all the information that our shadow/light houses. \nThere are 22 inner archetypes that\, when expressed\, provide us with very valuable information and the ones listed below will be the ones we will be exploring to create a card for each one in addition to an explanation through creative writting: \n         1-The inner child. \n         2-The teacher. \n         3-The warrior \n         4-The magician \n         5-Light \n         6-Shadow \n         7-Transformation \n         8-The Creative Source \n         9-The Higher Self \n        10-Your guides \n        11-Angelic Kingdom \n        12-Crystalline Kingdom \n        13-Earth Element \n        14-Water Element \n        15-Fire Element \n        16-Air Element \n        17-Ether \n        18-Inner moon \n        19-Inner sun \n        20-Consciousness \n        21The temple of your heart \n        22-Intuition \n          \nDuring this journey\, we will feel each inner aspect: at the center of our potential\, around love\, gratitude and devotion to your path and which are primarily attitudes to raise your energy and evolve. These qualities\, once awakened\, will widen the connection with your INNER LIGHT. \nAnd other qualities/experiences that are no less important on the path and that represent supportive attitudes: such as calm\, failure\, time\, self-sufficiency\, reverence\, generosity\, and grace. And these would not be there without the energies of unconditional love\, absolute truth\, celebration\, focus\, strength\, clarity\, sinlessness\, respect and pure creativity. \nEvery time a card is completed you will feel what qualities you have connected with on a deep level. \nHow? You choose the technique that resonates the most with you from the variety I will share with you. Once the process is finished you will have a personal oracle and I will have accompanied you on a journey to open the potential of your heart. \nYou don’t need to know how to draw or paint at all\, the technique gives you a special freedom to connect with the artist within. \nCourse objectives \n*Improve the ability to express what you feel and want to communicate to other people. \n*Practical application of different art techniques. \n*Enhance individual creative capacity. \n*Group dynamics. \n*Preparation of a set of images for personal use or in therapy \n*Help participants lose their fears regarding creativity and the creative process. \n*Carry out an evolutionary process through the 22 archetypes and discover deep spaces of the being and learn to use it as an inner compass. \n*Experiential process to embrace all that you are. \n*Enjoy this process by connecting with spontaneity\, joy\, improvisation\, the magical and innocent part of you\, helping you to be more in the present. \n*Help each participant finish their oracle by assisting them on a practical level. \n*Teach you various painting techniques within art therapy \n*Teach you the Touch Drawing technique (I have been a facilitator of this since 2000) (see description below) \n*Personal advice to design your set of images. \n*Learn the technique and play with art therapy exercises to allow you to flow\, remove fears or restrictions when you express yourself pictorially. \n*Begin to direct your creative work/play versus the inner images that will guide you or others. \n*Various meditations\, (audios I will prepare and record for this process)  energy works through either my sound baths (which will be recorded for you to listen when you need to integrate each Arquetipe) and  to help you connect with what you want to capture in your images. During this process\, creative meditation tools\, movement\, games\, voice\, creative writing\, music\, group and individual work will be used. \nWhat do you receive?  \nThe 80 teaching hours\, all the teachings of various creative techniques\, psychotherapeutic/energetic support during the process\, 22 audio meditations (each one to connect with an archetype)\, 22 music recordings with the transmission you need to integrate each archetype\, handouts about activities we will experience to get in touch with each process\, by the end you will have 22 original size paintings created by you\, 22 digitized oracle size cards ready to print\, all the group and individual dynamics that take place (there will be notes about it during the meetings)\, learning the contact drawing technique can open the doors to a creative world for life. \nThe meetings on line via zoom include:  \nDon’t include materials but if you live in Spain or in Europe\, I can put together a pack for you to star the process. \nThat pack will include 2 wood suitable card boards for one of the techniques. Windsor & Newton Oil paints water mixable (yellow-red-blue-black base colors)\, 50 pages-white tissue paper and two special silicone rolls for printing. \nThis pack will have a cost of 59 euros + shipment. \nAt home you need color pencils\, or crayons\, or watercolors\, a couple of brushes\, glue\, scissors\, clothes to be able to paint and rags to clean hands or dry brushes\, magazines that you have at home with colored images (anything you want)\, postcards from travel or other styles\, old newspapers\, fabric scraps\, buttons\, threads\, twine\, colored ribbons\, pens\, train tickets\, theater tickets\, photos\, …. anything you want to use\, wool\, dry leaves\, dried flowers\, colored papers (packaging paper that you have at home – recycle – aluminum\, etc.) \nPrice of each meeting €88 \nYou are provably wondering… how will be these meetings on line? \n1- In the morning (9.00-10.30) \nThere will be a guided meditation to contact the archetype and some inner work with it which might include breathing work and movement. \n2- 10.45 to 12\,45 \nThen each participant will take their cardboard and materials to start \, we will paint during 2 hours with a small break for tea and discussions. During the first 45 minutes I will be singing and playing and you will be able to hear that via zoom ( I will record this for every process) \, during the second part I will deliver the music you can listen to (it will be previously recorded with that intention). \n3- 12\,45 to 14.00 \nSharing experiences and choosing one painting for the archetype. \nLUNCH break we meet again at 16.00 \nFrom 16 to 20.30 we will do the second archetype in the same way. \nI will create a group on telegram to share experiences so that you feel contained during this process. \nIf somebody would like a session\, I offer a 30 mint session at half price for the participants of this inner journey ( 40 euros) this is an extra fee. \nI will be doing soon a zoom to answer doubts and questions around it\, on the 31 of January .

DESCRIPTION:This is a weekend workshop where you will learn how to use gongs and singing bowls for meditation or healing. You will learn different techniques that will facilitate your internal process on a vibrational level\, and deepen your meditations\, and in case you are a therapist you will be able to apply them as part of your treatments. \nYou will learn how to play them; different uses depending on the type of session; what sizes\, notes\, and function when you acquire them; cleaning and maintenance; types; suitable and optional mallets; treatments; sound massages; how to use these instruments for distance healing; sound baths for groups; how to use them to cleanse the aura or a room; how to use them to clean the aura or a room? in nature\, to empower and empower you; various activities to expand your relationship with the singing bowls. \nThe power of the therapeutic gong session lies in its holistic resonance. The sound vibrations affect all our bodies. \nThe Gong is a millenary instrument of transformation\, nowadays used in various areas of human life\, however\, the main use is in the field of sound therapy and meditation\, because of the profound effect it has on the body and mind. \nThe Gong is an inter-vibratory system. It is the sound of creativity itself. He who touches the gong touches the Universe. The sound of the Gong is the nucleus of the Word. The Gong is not a musical instrument or a drum. The Gong is a beautiful reinforced vibration. \nIn a Gong treatment\, the person adopts a meditative state through the super-conducting power of the sound vibrations. DESCRIPTION:                                                 Facilitated by Rosa Puerto\, offering sound bath/concerts since 2000 and \n                                                    training sound healers in Spain and Latin America sound healer \n                                                                    and author of the Book “Sound Healing” 2010 \n  MONTHLY SOUND BATH WITH QUARTZ BOWLS\, GONGS\, TIBETAN BOWLS\, PERCUSSIONS AND VOICE \n“The sound of these instruments\, together with the meditation techniques\, help us calm the mind\, relieve emotional disturbances and induce a psychophysical state of relaxation and liberation that reinforces our life.” \nWhat is a Sound Bath or healing-concert like? \nHealing concerts are part of one of the branches of sound therapy\, which in turn is part of vibrational therapies. The vibration of each bowl with its note resonates\, creating affinity and resonance with each of our chakras. \nThe session lasts an hour and a half\, being divided into four phases: \nFirst of all\, there is a targeted muscle relaxation to eliminate tension and internalize the attendees so that they can be more receptive. Second\, a healing of the chakras. \nThirdly there is a concert. To conclude the meeting there is a guided meditation with crystal  bowls working on a specific topic for the group using crystals\, essences and at the end a group reading with the “Star Seeds” cards that Rosa Puerto has created. \nThe benefits of a healing concert with crystal bowls are multiple: \nOn a physical level there is a release of stress and relaxation\, restoration of the balance of the endocrine system through the vibration of the pituitary or pituitary gland\, stimulates the generation of endorphins and dopamine\, and healing of body areas\, emotions and thoughts. \nOn a mental level\, it reactivates brain and neuronal functions\, balances the cerebral hemispheres\, stimulating the activity of alpha waves or deep meditation\, giving us mental clarity. On an emotional level\, the frequency of harmonics releases emotional tensions\, relaxing the nervous system. \nAll you have to do during a concert is lie down comfortably and close your eyes and relax. Then I start playing and how the playing technique changes frequently and there is no fixed rhythm\, this results in the brain not being able to follow and the “drag” effect takes place. \n“Entrainment” is the change of brain wave frequencies. \nFrequencies \nThe Alpha brain wave state is achieved very quickly and is followed by the Theta brain wave state. Alpha waves are defined as brain wave frequencies between 8 and 12 Hz. Daydreaming\, imagination\, and associative thinking are part of alpha brain wave activity. Alpha waves are present in states of relaxation. \nTheta waves are defined as brain wave frequencies between 4 and 7 Hz. Theta waves are produced during sleep – or REM (rapid eye movement) sleep – although they are also produced during deep meditation. Theta brain wave frequencies are most often where the gongs will take you. \nYou will most likely enter a deep\, meditative dream state. Some people may enter the Delta brain wave state (deep sleep frequency). DESCRIPTION:These encounters invite you to create a set of inner images/landscapes\, where you will create your own set of images that can be your personal oracle\, (22 images) a very useful guide in these times\, channeled and painted by you. \nI prepare you for the work/play both on an creative level (since I am a painter and art therapist) and as the creator of two oracle books\, “Star Seeds: A compass for the path back to your essence” with 50 images\, which I have been working with my students and patients since 1997\, and the second book with 39 cards called “Universal Mother”.  \nYes\, 22 years using images that come from the depths of my soul\, because sometimes an image says more than a thousand words. \nI call this work The Inner Compass for several reasons: \nIn these uncertain times\, the most necessary thing is to activate your inner compass that will assist you in making decisions\, reflecting in moments of change or crisis\, helping you to trust and develop confidence in your innate wisdom that has always been there. And most important to embrace ALL THAT YOU ARE AS ONE. \nHow many times have we heard\, the expression lost its way\, lost her direction …well not only will you create your personal oracle but you will also go through an inner journey in which you will find valuable tools and information for your personal journey. \nThe information for this journey will come direct from your heart and your deep intuition. For this I have designed meditations\, music\, energetic and psychotherapeutic work to be the one that helps you give birth to this project from the depths of yourself\, learning with every step you take. \nMaybe until now you have always looked for information outside of yourself\, be it in other cards\, mediums\, psychics\, etc…remember that they only see a fractal of you. During this process\, creative meditation tools\, movement\, games\, voice\, creative writing\, music\, group and individual work will be used. \nWhat do you receive?  \nThe 80 teaching hours\, all the teachings of various creative techniques\, psychotherapeutic/energetic support during the process\, 22 audio meditations (each one to connect with an archetype)\, 22 music recordings with the transmission you need to integrate each archetype\, handouts about activities we will experience to get in touch with each process\, by the end you will have 22 original size paintings created by you\, 22 digitized oracle size cards ready to print\, all the group and individual dynamics that take place (there will be notes about it during the meetings)\, learning the contact drawing technique can open the doors to a creative world for life. \nThe meetings on line via zoom include:  \nDon’t include materials but if you live in Spain or in Europe\, I can put together a pack for you to star the process. \nThat pack will include 2 wood suitable card boards for one of the techniques. Windsor & Newton Oil paints water mixable (yellow-red-blue-black base colors)\, 50 pages-white tissue paper and two special silicone rolls for printing. \nThis pack will have a cost of 59 euros + shipment. \nAt home you need color pencils\, or crayons\, or watercolors\, a couple of brushes\, glue\, scissors\, clothes to be able to paint and rags to clean hands or dry brushes\, magazines that you have at home with colored images (anything you want)\, postcards from travel or other styles\, old newspapers\, fabric scraps\, buttons\, threads\, twine\, colored ribbons\, pens\, train tickets\, theater tickets\, photos\, …. anything you want to use\, wool\, dry leaves\, dried flowers\, colored papers (packaging paper that you have at home – recycle – aluminum\, etc.) \nPrice of each meeting €88 \nYou are provably wondering… how will be these meetings on line? \n1- In the morning (9.00-10.30) \nThere will be a guided meditation to contact the archetype and some inner work with it which might include breathing work and movement. \n2- 10.45 to 12\,45 \nThen each participant will take their cardboard and materials to start \, we will paint during 2 hours with a small break for tea and discussions. SUMMARY:Sound Bath
DESCRIPTION:The centre offers monthly healing concerts although they also take place outside the centre. Some are in Barcelona once a month (see calendar of events) and others in the province of Girona. For dates please contact us. If you would like to organise one in your area please contact us. \n“The sound of these instruments together with meditation techniques help to calm the mind\, relieve emotional disturbances\, and induce a psychophysical state of relaxation and liberation that strengthens our lives”. \nThe healing concerts or sound baths that Rosa offers during a session use a variety of instruments\, from 10 quartz bowls\, 4 alchemical bowls\, and a set of 25 Tibetan bowls tuned to the chakras and planetary frequencies. To this are added 5 gongs\, various percussions\, and Rosa’s deep and melodic voice singing whatever the group needs. \nThe session lasts an hour and a half and is divided into four phases: \nFirst there is a directed muscular relaxation to eliminate tensions and internalise the participants so that they can be more receptive. \nSecondly healing of the chakras. \nThirdly a concert. \nFourth a guided meditation working on a specific theme for the group using crystals and essences.\nAnd to conclude the meeting there is a group reading at the end with the cards “Stellar Seeds” that Rosa Puerto has created. \nThis Sound Bath will take place in Palamos\, Gerona \nPlease Note: These concerts will only occur if there is a group of 6 coming to my centre\, or you wish to organise one where you are.

DESCRIPTION:SOUND BATH/CONCERT WITH QUARTZ BOWLS\, GONGS\, TIBETAN BOWLS\, PERCUSSIONS AND VOICE \n“The sound of these instruments\, together with the meditation techniques\, help us calm the mind\, relieve emotional disturbances and induce a psychophysical state of relaxation and liberation that reinforces our life.” \nWhat is a healing-concert sound bath  like? \nHealing concerts are part of one of the branches of sound therapy\, which in turn is part of vibrational therapies. The vibration of each bowl with its note resonates\, creating affinity and resonance with each of our chakras. \nThe session lasts an hour and a half\, being divided into four phases: \nFirst of all\, there is a targeted muscle relaxation to eliminate tension and internalize the attendees so that they can be more receptive. Second\, a healing of the chakras. \nThirdly there is a concert. To conclude the meeting there is a guided meditation with quartz bowls working on a specific topic for the group using crystals\, essences and at the end a group reading with the “Star Seeds” cards that Rosa Puerto has created. The benefits of a healing concert with quartz bowls are multiple: On a physical level there is a release of stress and relaxation\, restoration of the balance of the endocrine system through the vibration of the pituitary or pituitary gland\, stimulates the generation of endorphins and dopamine\, and healing of body areas\, emotions and thoughts. On a mental level\, it reactivates brain and neuronal functions\, balances the cerebral hemispheres\, stimulating the activity of alpha waves or deep meditation\, giving us mental clarity. On an emotional level\, the frequency of harmonics releases emotional tensions\, relaxing the nervous system. \nAll you have to do during a concert is lie down comfortably and close your eyes and relax. Then I start playing and how the playing technique changes frequently and there is no fixed rhythm\, this results in the brain not being able to follow and the “drag” effect takes place. “Entrainment” is the change of brain wave frequencies. \nFrequencies \nThe Alpha brain wave state is achieved very quickly and is followed by the Theta brain wave state. Alpha waves are defined as brain wave frequencies between 8 and 12 Hz. Daydreaming\, imagination\, and associative thinking are part of alpha brain wave activity. Alpha waves are present in states of relaxation. Theta waves are defined as brain wave frequencies between 4 and 7 Hz. Theta brain wave frequencies are most often where the gongs will take you. You will most likely enter a deep\, meditative dream state. Some people may enter the Delta brain wave state (deep sleep frequency).
