DESCRIPTION:The centre offers monthly healing concerts although they also take place outside the centre. Some are in Barcelona once a month and others in the province of Girona. For dates please contact us. If you would like to organise one in your area please contact us. \n“The sound of these instruments together with meditation techniques help to calm the mind\, relieve emotional disturbances\, and induce a psychophysical state of relaxation and liberation that strengthens our lives”. \n  \nThe healing concerts or sound baths that Rosa offers during a session use a variety of instruments\, from 10 quartz bowls\, 4 alchemical bowls\, and a set of 25 Tibetan bowls tuned to the chakras and planetary frequencies. To this are added 5 gongs\, various percussions\, and Rosa’s deep and melodic voice singing whatever the group needs. \nThe session lasts an hour and a half and is divided into four phases: \nFirst there is a directed muscular relaxation to eliminate tensions and internalise the participants so that they can be more receptive. \nSecondly healing of the chakras. \nThirdly a concert. \nFourth a guided meditation working on a specific theme for the group using crystals and essences.\nAnd to conclude the meeting there is a group reading at the end with the cards “Stellar Seeds” that Rosa Puerto has created. \n  \n  \nPlease Note: These concerts will only occur if there is a group of 6 coming to my centre\, or you wish to organise one where you are.

SUMMARY:Winter Solstice Celebration
DESCRIPTION:Our meetings/celebration offers you to participate in an ancestral ritual where you will meditate\, create something to take you on an energetic level during the group healing that Rosa always offers during these meetings; you will receive a personal message through the Star Seed cards or the Universal Mother cards that Rosa Puerto has created to work as a compass within and finally a concert/sound healing bath  through the sound of crystal bowls\, gongs\, Tibetan bowls and voice (via zoom- this will be pre-recorded in MP3 format). \nThe entire event is via zoom\, it will be recorded so if you can’t be there on the 22nd at 8:00 p.m.\, you can do it later when you can. \nBy participating in this meeting you receive the entire recording\, the musical MP3\, participate in a meditation\, an activation healing and an energetic reading with the cards that Rosa has created (so you will also receive the image of the card and the explanation) \nThe contribution is 22 euros and is paid via byzum or through the website here https://rosaleah.com/producto/celebrando-a-gaia/ \nWelcome
