Rosa Puerto

My life path has been very varied, as a young woman I studied Fine Arts (sculpture-painting) and later theatre, exploring and weaving a path towards the spiritual which later during the 80s and because of my deep interest in meditation and healing led me to explore and study different techniques such as Reiki, Flower Essences, Light Body Centres, Chakras, Biodanza, Course of Miracles, Universal Energy, Colour Therapy, Sound Therapy, Yoga and meditation. In the early 80's I lived and worked in Scandinavia as an art and drama teacher in state schools. In the 1990s I moved to London to work as head of the creativity and music department at the International Montessori College. For years I was training teachers as well as offering seminars outside the school environment to educators and those who had a deep interest in working with expressive arts, energy centres, healing and personal growth.
There I began my studies in sound therapy, attending several years of courses and training with various teachers (Chloe Goodchild, Jonathan Goldman, James D'Angelo, Frankie Amstrong, Karina Schelde, Don Conreaux, and Awahoshi Kavan among others). In the mid 90's I finished my studies as a psychodrama teacher, as a humanistic-counselling therapist and my certification in art therapy. Nowadays I live in Palamos-Gerona doing therapies, channellings, courses, individual classes, and conferences in my Rosaleah Centre (formerly called Aggelosiris) as well as in different places of the province or the country.

I published in 2010 a book on vibration, sound and healing called Sound Therapy (www.mundodelasterapias 2010), which also includes a complimentary DVD, now out of print and I am writing a longer version. I have also produced 4 discs: one of the quartz bowls (The Journey of the Soul), another of mantras and songs from around the world (Universal Mother), an individual session with quartz bowls (Crystal Music) and finally one with 8 meditations that are now on YouTube as a gift.
Years ago, around 2003 I finished my first book about the power of initiatory art, meditation and shamanism as a product of a personal process of 19 years (Starseeds: A Compass for the way back to Your Essence). This book is not published as his letters are shamanic letters and I only send them to my patients or students, if I do support sessions with them and vision quest.
In 2021 I finished my third book with a set of 39 images for my women's circles that I have been facilitating for more than 16 years (Universal Mother book and cards), the book is given as a gift to the participants of the Universal Mother training.
I have also trained with Miranda Gray as an advanced Moon Mother which allows me to not only do womb blessings but also feminine soul healing and gifting for men.
In the summer of 2018, I channelled several images to work with the physical, mental, emotional and energetic body. They are called Advance Light Formulas, some of them are to be used in therapy, and others are to be worn as pendants.
Currently, for the last year I am creating the energetic pictorial signature of those who ask me for it, I call it Soul Balancing Images, and with them, you also receive a personalised MP3.

My current work combines my energetic techniques together with my experience of more than 23 years teaching voice as a means of personal transformation, relying also on gestalt techniques, archetypal, psychodrama, art therapy, and also guided meditations that combine vocal work with energetic work, conscious dance and creativity.
In recent years I have created several workshops (embracing your inner lotus; voice and consciousness, the crystalline octave, S.E.R) that embrace various techniques and tools to facilitate personal transformation.

What I want most is to accompany you in your process of change and to share the tools that have helped me on my path.
My creative spirit and my deep intuition have the sole purpose of helping you in these times of change to connect with your inner creative source, free your voice/heart and begin to "serve", that is to be and to live.

Rosa Puerto searches for the perfect rhythm that exists in each one of us to restore harmony.
