\n\tCrystal Bowls\n\t<\/h2>\n\t

We invite you to go deeper with an instrument that nowadays gives us the opportunity to go inwards, to make a journey towards an unexpressed or unfelt part of our being.<\/strong><\/p>\n

First through the voice, the musical instrument of the soul par excellence, expressing better than any other instrument what we feel and making audible what resonates (or not) within us. We will travel together with our voice to discover it, to experiment and expand its forms of expression through our ancestral creativity, and also to contact our silence. And then, hand in hand with the crystalline sound of the crystal bowls, we will experience our cosmic connection while feeling how the crystalline vibrations that act on the spine (vehicle of resonance) spread through the nervous system to our cells, tissues, and organs. This is the reason why the vibration produced by the bowls has the ability to dissolve blockages in the physical and subtle body.<\/p>\n

We invite you to this meeting to experiment with your voice together with the crystal bowls, to learn how to use them and how they work as a therapeutic tool, to experience relaxation and visualisations with the crystal bowls, to receive your healing sound, their maintenance, when to use them and which notes to use. Engage in a conscious dialogue with your body and your breath, the crystal bowls, and learn to be an energetic, musical, and vocal channel, becoming aware that your whole body is an instrument or sounding board. And with this enjoy different sounds that will allow you to discover the energy of the different vowels and some sacred words.<\/p>\n

Crystal bowls are an effective instrument for sound therapy because they produce pure octave vibrations. This full octave of crystal attunes us deeply to the pulse of mother earth, which is harmonious in nature. It is an acoustic source of sound that helps us to come into resonance and remembrance of our essence: a being of pure light and sound.<\/p>\n

Through the purity of these tones, we reconnect with the original pattern that harmonises us.<\/p>\n

We have two levels for Crystal Singing Bowls<\/strong><\/p>\n

Level I – Music of the Cosmos<\/strong> In this level we introduce you to the bowls and give you enough tools to get started.<\/p>\n

Level II – The Crystalline Octave<\/strong> This second course is for those who are serious about including quartz bowls as vibrational therapy.<\/p>\n

We also offer an intensive crystal bowls therapy course for levels 1-2.<\/strong><\/p>\n
