It is a method that takes us out of the head and leads us to the very heart of our being.<\/strong><\/p>\nThe voice is a bridge, connecting us with those more subtle, less visible aspects of ourselves. It is a multidimensional tool that expresses who we are. By signing to our energetic centers we will open deep resonance spaces, guiding us towards the energizing and liberating aspect of our voice.
\nSound therapy uses the voice as a healing tool and our workshops will show you how your voice transforms and heals your own emotions, discovering a valuable tool for your own personal growth.
\nYou will practice in groups and individually to scan your body to detect blockages, and release physical or emotional tensions. There will also be personal advice to balance your energetic centers.
\nIt is not necessary to have any musical or vocal experience to learn sound therapy. Nor is it necessary that you need a session or that you are ill to receive the great benefits and transformation that are obtained through sound.
\nThe voice reveals our moods, fears, hopes, emotions, tensions, thoughts, and desires. The voice reflects who we really are. The vibration or tone of our voice often tells us more about a person than words can communicate.
\nAs adult human beings, we have drifted away from our natural, spontaneous expression, away from listening to the inner voice that whispers to us the sweet secret of the truth. We are often lulled to sleep by thoughts that keep our minds busy and our habits intact.\nVOICE AND CONSCIOUSNESS<\/strong> is a method that takes us out of the head and into the very heart of our being.
\nIt is a creative force, a body voice that lives within all of us, the voice of the soul. This brings us back to our true gut feelings, allowing us to speak and communicate from our essence. Our voices are totally unique, like our fingerprints. Our voice reflects and acts as a map of our body and the personal and collective story of our history. We can train the human voice to be precisely modulated to tune into any area of our being that needs healing.
\nThe human voice is superior to any instrument because it has heart and consciousness, and because it reflects the spiritual resonance of the person expressing the sound.\nThe beauty and simplicity of this system are that it does not matter if you cannot sing or if you have not studied music.
\nWhen the sound during these encounters immediately takes you out of your head and into the center of your being, emotions are released; even the most repressed ones. Your instincts are activated and your voice begins to vibrate and speak what I call the truth, forming your womb, the chi center where our subconscious, and also our soul essence, dwells. We are masters of an instrument we hardly know, but it is a direct doorway to Source and healing.
\nOur voice reflects all parts of our being, including our soul. For this reason, it is an invaluable tool for anyone who wants to experience their true self and live an inspired life. With our voice and using intonation and emotional release techniques we can improve our communication, making it clearer, happier, more alive, and more present in our lives. The voice touches us in places we have not visited before, as it also contains our untapped potential.
\nOur voice is our natural source of energy and release because it helps us remember and recognize our true nature in the struggle of our human experience. Our voice yearns to be explored with trust, love, and acceptance in our life to experience whatever it is we have come to experience.
\nBy releasing repressed emotions, which are stored in our bones, muscles, tissues, and organs, we are actually facilitating our self-healing. When we allow ourselves to sigh, cry, moan, or complain we feel a sense of freedom because we are bypassing our control mechanism, our conscious mind, which controls speech and voice.\n
