           Facilitated by Rosa Puerto, offering concerts since 2000 and\r\n        training sound healers in Spain and Latin America sound healer\r\n                   and author of the Book \u201cSound Healing\u201d 2010\r\nCONCERT WITH QUARTZ BOWLS, GONGS, TIBETAN BOWLS, PERCUSSIONS AND VOICE\r\n\u201cThe sound of these instruments, together with the meditation techniques, help us calm the \r\nmind, relieve emotional disturbances and induce a psychophysical state of relaxation and \r\nliberation that reinforces our life.\u201d\r\nWhat is a healing-concert like?\r\nHealing concerts are part of one of the branches of sound therapy, which in turn is part of\r\nvibrational therapies. The vibration of each bowl with its note resonates, creating affinity\r\nand resonance with each of our chakras.\r\nThe session lasts an hour and a half, being divided into four phases:\r\n<\/span><\/pre>\n
First of all, there is a targeted muscle relaxation to eliminate tension and internalize the \r\nattendees so that they can be more receptive. Second, a healing of the chakras.\r\nThirdly there is a concert. To conclude the meeting there is a guided meditation with quartz \r\nbowls working on a specific topic for the group using crystals, essences and at the end a group\r\n reading with the \u201cStar Seeds\u201d cards that Rosa Puerto has created. The benefits of a healing \r\nconcert with quartz bowls are multiple: On a physical level there is a release of stress and \r\nrelaxation, restoration of the balance of the endocrine system through the vibration of the \r\npituitary or pituitary gland, stimulates the generation of endorphins and dopamine, and healing\r\n of body areas, emotions and thoughts. On a mental level, it reactivates brain and neuronal \r\nfunctions, balances the cerebral hemispheres, stimulating the activity of alpha waves or deep \r\nmeditation, giving us mental clarity. On an emotional level, the frequency of harmonics releases\r\n emotional tensions, relaxing the nervous system.\r\nAll you have to do during a concert is lie down comfortably and close your eyes and relax. Then \r\nI start playing and how the playing technique changes frequently and there is no fixed rhythm, \r\nthis results in the brain not being able to follow and the \u201cdrag\u201d effect takes place. \r\n\u201cEntrainment\u201d is the change of brain wave frequencies.\r\n<\/span><\/pre>\n
Frequencies\r\nThe Alpha brain wave state is achieved very quickly and is followed by the Theta brain wave state. \r\nAlpha waves are defined as brain wave frequencies between 8 and 12 Hz. Daydreaming, imagination, \r\nand associative thinking are part of alpha brain wave activity. Alpha waves are present in states \r\nof relaxation. Theta waves are defined as brain wave frequencies between 4 and 7 Hz. Theta waves \r\nare produced during sleep \u2013 or REM (rapid eye movement) sleep \u2013 although they are also produced \r\nduring deep meditation. Theta brain wave frequencies are most often where the gongs will take you.\r\n You will most likely enter a deep, meditative dream state. Some people may enter the Delta brain\r\n wave state (deep sleep frequency). Theta brain waves are a good state of consciousness for healing\r\n to occur.\r\nThrough the purity of these tones we reconnect with our original pattern that harmonizes us. \r\nCome and enjoy an encounter that will create a space of peace within you.\r\n<\/span><\/pre>\n
