mind, relieve emotional disturbances and induce a psychophysical state of relaxation and<\/p>\n

liberation that reinforces our life.\u201d<\/p>\n

What is a healing-concert like?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Healing concerts are part of one of the branches of sound therapy, which in turn is part of<\/p>\n

vibrational therapies. The vibration of each bowl with its note resonates, creating affinity<\/p>\n

and resonance with each of our chakras.<\/p>\n

The session lasts an hour and a half, being divided into four phases:<\/p>\n

First of all, there is a targeted muscle relaxation to eliminate tension and internalize<\/p>\n

the attendees so that they can be more receptive. Second, a healing of the chakras.<\/p>\n

Thirdly there is a concert. To conclude the meeting there is a guided meditation with<\/p>\n

crystal\u00a0 <\/span>bowls working on a specific topic for the group using crystals, essences and at<\/p>\n

the end a group reading with the \u201cStar Seeds\u201d cards that Rosa Puerto has created.<\/p>\n

The benefits of a healing concert with crystal bowls are multiple:<\/p>\n

On a physical level there is a release of stress and relaxation, restoration of the balance<\/p>\n

of the endocrine system through the vibration of the pituitary or pituitary gland, stimulates<\/p>\n

the generation of endorphins and dopamine, and healing of body areas, emotions and thoughts.<\/p>\n

On a mental level, it reactivates brain and neuronal functions, balances the cerebral hemispheres,<\/p>\n

stimulating the activity of alpha waves or deep meditation, giving us mental clarity.<\/p>\n

On an emotional level, the frequency of harmonics releases emotional tensions, relaxing the nervous system.<\/p>\n

All you have to do during a concert is lie down comfortably and close your eyes and relax. Then<\/p>\n

I start playing and how the playing technique changes frequently and there is no fixed rhythm,<\/p>\n

this results in the brain not being able to follow and the \u201cdrag\u201d effect takes place.<\/p>\n

\u201cEntrainment\u201d is the change of brain wave frequencies.<\/p>\n

Frequencies<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Alpha brain wave state is achieved very quickly and is followed by the Theta brain wave state.<\/p>\n

Alpha waves are defined as brain wave frequencies between 8 and 12 Hz. Daydreaming, imagination,<\/p>\n

and associative thinking are part of alpha brain wave activity. Alpha waves are present in states<\/p>\n

of relaxation. Theta waves are defined as brain wave frequencies between 4 and 7 Hz. Theta waves<\/p>\n

are produced during sleep \u2013 or REM (rapid eye movement) sleep \u2013 although they are also produced<\/p>\n

during deep meditation. Theta brain wave frequencies are most often where the gongs will take you.<\/p>\n

You will most likely enter a deep, meditative dream state. Some people may enter the Delta brain<\/p>\n

wave state (deep sleep frequency). Theta brain waves are a good state of consciousness for healing<\/p>\n

to occur.<\/p>\n

Through the purity of these tones we reconnect with our original pattern that harmonizes us.<\/p>\n
