{"id":991333,"date":"2024-01-18T17:57:42","date_gmt":"2024-01-18T17:57:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/rosaleah.com\/?post_type=tribe_events&#038;p=991333"},"modified":"2024-01-18T17:57:42","modified_gmt":"2024-01-18T17:57:42","slug":"sound-bath-8","status":"publish","type":"tribe_events","link":"https:\/\/rosaleah.com\/en\/classes\/sound-bath-8\/","title":{"rendered":"Sound Bath"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"vgblk-rw-wrapper limit-wrapper\">The centre offers monthly healing concerts\u00a0 in the province of Girona.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe sound of these instruments together with meditation techniques help to calm the mind, relieve emotional disturbances, and induce a psychophysical state of relaxation and liberation that strengthens our lives\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>The healing concerts or sound baths that Rosa offers during a session use a variety of instruments, from 10 quartz bowls, 4 alchemical bowls, and a set of 25 Tibetan bowls tuned to the chakras and planetary frequencies.
