Has llegado a Rosaleah un espacio que acompaña a otros a volver a su corazón, a sí mismos, a soltar máscaras, integrar la sombra, liberar miedos y emociones que les bloquean el vivir desde la integridad y manifestar la mejor versión de sí mismos. Aleah se me apareció en un sueño, significa alguien que vuelve a casa. Y si esa es mi misión personal y colectiva. Rosa se unió a Aleah porque yo deseaba volver a mi ser, a mi corazón y eso es lo que en el fondo todos necesitamos, desde allí se instaura una paz y claridad que nos ayuda profundamente en el día a día.
La vida y sus desafíos nos ponen a prueba constantemente. Vivimos en un mundo híper acelerado y exigente donde encontrar un espacio para nosotros mismos se ha convertido en un lujo. No nos damos cuenta que el estrés ha entrado a formar parte de nuestra vida y nuestro cuerpo.
Es imprescindible, si quieres tener calidad de vida, encontrar espacios donde cuidarte, sentirte, conectarte y relajarte.
Independientemente de la etapa de tu vida en la que te encuentres: te ofrezco mi consulta individual, mis talleres y mis encuentros para tener un lugar donde conectar contigo y tus necesidades. Puede ser presencial u online.
En el Centro Rosaleah encontrarás un lugar donde revisar lo que no funciona en tu vida con la intención de dar los pasos necesarios para cambiarlo. Un lugar donde cuidarte, disfrutar de ti y aprender nuevas maneras de relacionarte contigo y con el mundo. Un lugar para ganar confianza y conectar con tu sabiduría interna. En definitiva te ofrezco un lugar para aprender a Ser en lugar de hacer.
