Sound Bath

I have been offering sound baths for 25 years in Spain and Latin America. Now it's time to offer something personalized for groups or families.

I record one-hour sound baths for families, groups, or individuals. You will receive an MP3 of the sound bath and a guided meditation in MP3 format to work on a specific issue the group needs. For prices, please visit the shop. Thank you.

The sound baths include a wide variety of instruments, from quartz crystal bowls and alchemical bowls to Tibetan bowls, gong, percussion, and Rosa's deep, melodic voice singing whatever the group/family/individual needs.

The session lasts one hour. It begins with muscle relaxation using music to release tension and help participants focus inward so they can be more receptive. Then the sound bath begins, and as a bonus, each group/family or individual receives a separate guided meditation in MP3 format to work on a specific theme.

So you will receive one recording of the sound bath and another with the specific meditation.

To create the mp3, Rosa needs the names and birthdates of the participants, as well as whether there's a common theme for the group or family to work on.
