Integrative Therapy
Integrative therapy has different therapeutic techniques that Rosa chooses especially for you.
It is a transpersonal therapy, which has different therapeutic techniques according to the moment and circumstances of the patient. Through this therapy, the person becomes aware of the patterns that can be repeated in their life, and that create conflicts in their personal, professional, and health relationships. This work approach conceives the person as a whole, integrating its different dimensions: corporal, emotional, mental, spiritual, and social.
Rosa is here a companion of the soul; a boatman who accompanies the journey of those who are heading to the other shore of life. She is like a kind of "midwife" who assists in the process of birth, of the birth of a new self. She embraces your pain with empathy and helps you to focus your consciousness on what gives meaning to your existence. This allows you to find that great treasure which is knowing yourself.
What Rosa proposes in her sessions is not to fight against "evil" but "in spite of" evil. In this way you will be able to accept your limitations and learn from the experience of those who fall, converting the error into learning.
Many people come to the consultation looking for solutions and longing for clarity. In reality, what they are looking for (even if they are not aware of it) is a new mental/emotional model and the awakening to a greater path that gives deep meaning to their life.
Most people who seek therapy are healthy people who want to be happier than they are. Some of them feel disoriented, are going through crises, and are looking for an integral development in their lives through therapy and answers to all their questions.
The rose has no why: it blooms because it does. It does not pay attention to itself. It does not ask if it is seen.
With these sessions, I offer you the union of the spiritual/energetic with the psychotherapeutic thus facilitating the growth of your own self. This therapy will put you in touch with your essential identity. Once the pain and restlessness that have motivated the initiation of therapy have been alleviated and new mental patterns have been learned that build a happier ego, we then address aspects such as:
- The search for the meaning of life
- The exercise of creativity
- The "detachment" or faculty of distancing oneself from the ego and observing it.
- The inner experience of certainty
- The vision of what we really are
- The capacity to love without object, as a state of consciousness.
- The realm of intuition
- The feeling of transcendence
- The capacity to serve and love all sentient beings.
- Counseling, tools for a good self-esteem
- Expand and harmonize your breathing
- Eliminate stress (chest tightness, anguish)
- Learning to manage your emotions (anxiety, sadness, anger, fear...)
- Learn to communicate, and listen to yourself/yourself with assertiveness.
- Become aware and change your thoughts
