We will use meditation, creative movement, activities to stretch and warm up the voice, principles for using toning on a personal level or when you want to use it with a patient. You will explore the healing force of vowels and consonants, sacred words, how to heal another and how to apply it on a daily level to improve your life.

This is a practical workshop and the objective is to release old energies, becoming aware that to create a space of internal power we first need to get rid of the obsolete in our body of personal pain.

Rosa Puerto has been accompanying processes of change and transformation since 1999 through voice, sound healing, creativity and transpersonal psychotherapy. Author of the book “Sound Healing” (2010 published in Spanish) and the digital book “Universal Mother” (2022) in addition to 4 CDs, and the book and set of cards “Stellar Seeds: a compass to return to your essence” (not published since it is an initiation/shamanic book which has been used with his groups and patients since 2002).
