Do you find it difficult to get going, do you feel pain when doing so? Do you feel specific or chronic pain in any part of your body or perhaps in several? Or is it a pressure that doesn’t let you breathe?
If this or something similar happens to you, don’t be afraid, don’t be overwhelmed. You have in your hands the opportunity to free yourself from that which hurts you, that does not allow you to grow and that limits you. This opportunity is offered to you by your Being so that you can move forward, so that you begin to free yourself and continue along the path of freedom and so that in the end, it is You.
Pain is the communication bridge between your soul and your body. It is an opportunity, do not see it as a problem, do not be a victim of pain, because this will make you small. Pain comes to show you that something is not going well with you, when sometimes the situations you live overcome you or you force yourself to do something to “look good” but you do not feel that you have to do it, when you simply do not listen to yourself, your Being. speak through your body through pain, since we are used to paying attention only when pain appears and our Being knows it, that is why it chooses this path. This pain does not disappear with a pill, the pill will numb it so that it remains silent, but it will resurface at the appropriate time.
I propose that when you start to feel pain, whether mild or more intense, the first thing you have to do is accept it, it is part of you, surrender to it as the opportunity that it is, to know and then become aware of that moment, if You can stop what you are doing, do it, if not, find a space in your time where you feel comfortable and ask yourself the following questions:
· What was I doing when I became aware of this pain?
· What have I heard that has bothered me, even made me angry or hurt me?
· What was I thinking or remembering when I perceived the pain?
· What story repeats itself in my life and what pain accompanies me daily?
· Where do I feel the pain, what hurts me?
The answers are the key to going to the origin, to the cause of this pain.
Pain can be physical or emotional, sometimes both.
The answers must be honest, here it is not worth making up or looking for “another more suitable one for me”. The soul speaks through the answers. Listening to them honestly, becoming aware and starting to work with them are the pillars to start releasing the pain.
When you work with your pain, with the appropriate tools, you become aware of it, that is when you communicate with yourself and begin to heal and release the burden that does not allow you to continue. You choose.
